The Trump admin is currently prosecuting a guy in Memphis who asked an undercover cop posing as a 15 y.o. to take and send sexy nude photos. The charge is attempted manufacture of CSAM. So I don’t think the user generating the prompt is without exposure. Where are the prosecutions?
