Fellas need productive things to do bet fight/flight responses. During Covid, I started making sourdough 🥖 Learned watching Josh Weissman / Kitchen Pros YT videos and asking @phastenough.bsky.social endless questions. Still have the same starter. In spite of my intermittent months of neglect.

Fellas need productive things to do bet fight/flight responses. During Covid, I started making sourdough 🥖 Learned watching Josh Weissman / Kitchen Pros YT videos and asking @phastenough.bsky.social endless questions. Still have the same starter. In spite of my intermittent months of neglect.
No one can do everything. Everyone can do something. Repairing relationships with our native neighbors is a great place to start. Water is life! Everyone with a head and heart knows the whitewashed history of this day. Turn the tables and donate time and or money to indigenous peoples

Added some poppy seeds. 25 minutes @350 then another 15 with a foil tent over it. Now to let it cool 🙂🙃
