I grew up in communist Poland, under Soviet control, with a Russian garrison stationed in my hometown. I remember the Reagan administration sending humanitarian aid - we were grateful for it.

I never thought I’d see the day when the U.S. would side with Russia.

This whole thing was a deliberate set-up, and the real audience for it was not the American people. It was the global fascist movement.
No, the meeting did not go badly for Ukraine. It exposed in the most undeniable, unequivocal way possible the pro-Putin commitments of the president and vice president. That was information Americans and allies needed to have clear before them.
