How do u draw messy pamps? What's ur process like?

Bonus points if the villain also decides to add some "quirks" for the hero. Like whenever he defeats someone, the hero does his famous dance of victory (is just the chicken dance) or make him believe that the only way for him to use his fire moves is by farting instead of spiting with his mouth
