My wolf's rain pins and stuff from @straysaint.bsky.social's kickstarter came in the mail yesterday! I am already kicking myself for not getting the bloody kiba variant pin but at least I got everything else! The new pins fit right in with the ones I got from Rhys' last wolf's rain pin kickstarter!

The central focus of the painting is 2 canine pirates, Vicky and Toller. Toller, a mainly brown dog with white and blue markings, lays on the ground bleeding. His knife is beside his head, having dropped it during the attack, and he glares at the villain in the foreground though he can barely keep his eyes open. Blood covers his dark grey shirt and soaks into the surrounding floorboards. His back leg is mangled and hard to make out against the blood surrounding it. Standing over him in a protective pose is Vicky, a grey and white dog with red markings. A trail of blood behind her shows that she has limped over to protect him despite her own back leg being injured. Her teeth are bared and she holds a knife (matching Toller's) in her mouth, standing confidently against the villain. There is a warm light coming from the right of the canvas, illuminating much of Vicky and contrasting with the dark blue shadows covering much of the painting. This is a scene from their story where Toller loses his back left leg, Vicky protecting him from further injury and death.
