After 8 months of house hunting, failed bids for 4 houses, and 3 mortgage preapprovals, our offer for the 5th (and tbh the best so far) house was accepted today without any negotiation.
We finally have a home to call our own (and the bank’s) in the San Francisco Bay Area.👊🏡🧿
