The british Terrorism act 2000 protects israeli terrorism against those who oppose it. Its name is therefore appropriate but could be changed into "pro terrorism act" for more clarity.

It is an unlikely interpretation. Opponents to the israeli genocide have no reason to attack diaspora jews. They may dislike zionism and zionists but Australia's support to a palestinian State should rather please them, muslims or not and certainly not lead them to a suicide attack.
