The people of PR don't have a vote in the federal government, but I do. I am asking you as my representative to have the USACE look into alternative solutions. Green infrastructure has made much progress in the 40 years since this project was planned.

Arts and Science should have stayed as a single college. Once they broke up in the 70's we've been on this trajectory of divide and conquer.

Update: I'm currently on the phone with the pharmacy and whatever company pays my deductible, they are recording each other as they talk about my prescription. This feels like I am in the movie "Brazil".

What scam is this? I'm sure I'm being counted as a loss somewhere by multiple companies that are getting a tax break. It feels like I'm being shaken down by the mob.
