It's not like he'll face any real punishment, even if the Democrats sweep back into power. Not only are most of their leadership too craven to pursue a criminal investigation or even cancel all his government contracts, he's still more than rich enough to escape justice indefinitely. Do it!

I agree, or a raft of amendments (probably at least a dozen) that significantly changes the federal system. I'd include fixed terms for Supreme Court justices, a national referendum and constitutional right to unionize, to start with.
