Got up this morning & hiked 2-miles averaging 4 mph, smiled & waved at everyone I saw, did a little weightlifting, showered, drank a smoothie, made a hot rooibos-based tea & drank while puffing a joint in my backyard.
I can't stop others from supporting fascism, but I can still control what I do.

This is the house we bought in 2007 for $170,000 with just 8.8% down.
We now have enough saved to put 25% down & an income that's THREE TIMES HIGHER. But we still wouldn't be able to afford the mortgage if we tried to buy the same home today.

I didn't start investing until 2021 when I put a very humble $100 into the stock market for the first time. I've been extremely lucky though I wish I'd started 30 years sooner. But I'm not posting to brag. I'm posting to tell you that if you're not investing, you really should be!
