Thank you! I launched into your chocolate salami recipe with trepidation today. No need to have worried. Like all of your recipes it was so straightforward. Hopefully, doing the stringing tomorrow will be too.

Only as a last resort would I suggest expanding the litigation with a counter-claim. Doubles at least the time and complexity and expense and potential for things to go wrong.
Priority must be to shut down case and extract BBC from litigation, not get bogged down.
