This stuff (an actually good dermatologist prescribed it but you can get if off amazon.) The itching was way worse for me when in the bath/bed because the heat kicked it off so defo worth a try!

A good night is her sleeping til half 5 so we've compromised on the clock change by her getting up at 6/actually 5.

We're doing the thing where she gets a massive fuss for a "good toilet" but if she has an accident we just clean it up and don't react. She's been SO good today but then curled a poop out on the living room floor tonight. She came up to me all hopeful
