For sure! I am lucky to live near food basics where my 500 ml jar is so much cheaper than the stuff full of additives. Hope your holidays are merry and bright with Canadian made goodies!

I think Loblaws and other chains have their own brand of the same one, often in the natural foods section. You have to stir it well when you open it because natural peanut butter separates (just a heads up).

Sadly they use hydrogenated vegetable oil, which is so unhealthy. The fact that they use no sugar does not make up for that.
