This is horrendous and hard to listen to even as an outsider - I cannot imagine being the patient in this situation.

Would they really be allowed to clog up the courts with this. Between time, admin, lengthy court processes, public sentiment, cis children being affected etc? I do wonder what the breaking point would be.

And as I said, cis complacency is the real problem here.

Still, if they ALL stood by their supposed principle and said no, how many court cases could sex matters et al really take on? How many closures before people start thinking hmm this isn't right? There is support on the ground for trans people, but cis people's complacency is the problem here.

Interesting, but not shocking, to note that they're also clearly more than happy to throw the detransitioners they used to push the "dangers" of transitioning under the bus.

Honestly, tempting... I tick the boxes, but it would be a case of whether I have the time. 🤔

I am so sorry Nicky. This is just such cruelty. As if trans kids and their parents aren't under enough pressure as it is! I still can't get my head round the way they are willing to throw medical science out the window like this.
