How would a school position miss if he was illegal? Anyone working with children has to be vetted.

Either Dr. Ian Roberts is a master con artist or ICE is lying. He cannot have arrived in the US in 1999 and graduated from Coppin State in 1998. This is not an Orwell novel. Both of these things cannot be true.
