Even though I'm not very interested in Japanese/samurai history, this is one of the coolest things I own. My dad made it in his 20s and gifted it to me when I finished 6th grade. And yes, it is sharp. =)

I spent another 5,5 hours at my parents' place today, helping mum rearrange and organise stuff. Since they started making the ground floor wheelchair accessible for dad, most space upstairs had ended up as a dumping ground for Everything That No Longer Fits Downstairs, and it was cluttered even

Found this pretty candlestick decoration today in the thrift store where I volunteer once a week. Not sure what they're called in English, but I like the Christmas themed ones. Cost me about 40p. =)

Found the fake poinsettias and the basket at a thrift store today. I'm quite pleased with this arrangement, simple though it is. =)

Picked up some wood to make a podium for my couch. Said couch is very comfortable to sit in but too low for my liking, so hopefully I'll be able to finally remedy that this week. 😊

My weekend was less productive than I'd hoped (totally not BG3 related...), but I did manage to deal with last week's accumulated dishes, so at least half my kitchen looks decent. =)

I'm not even halfway through act 3 in BG3 and have already hit level 12. I know there are mods that let you go higher but I wish the game itself had a slightly higher ceiling.

Today's board meeting lasted 3,5 hours, compared to the normal 1,5-2. 😬 At least it was less chaotic than last time.

I have now reached act 3 in BG3, and am starting to find it tricky to juggle all the playable characters (as in, to pick only three to have with me at any time) because now i kind of love all of them. And technically I'm already two options short as I didn't pick up Minthara or Jaheira. 😅

I've been fighting this damn document for over two hours now. 😭 The meeting was long and super chaotic, and it's so hard to write it all down in a clear and concise way.

That feeling when what was supposed to be a 30-40 minute chat discussing a problem turned into an almost three hour long meeting. 😵💫 It was a necessary discussion to have but my brain is so noping out right now.

BG3 update: I have officially reached Moonrise Towers, been arrested once, helped some gnomes and the tieflings escape, blown up a barrel of tadpoles, and am now mire or less ready to dive back into Shar's Gauntlet and the Shadowfell. Characters are currently level 8.
