it was so worth it. Mum still has a lot of clothing to go through and a fair bit of clutter left, but it is a lot more manageable now. 😊

After moving a wardrobe, two bookcases, one chest of drawers, one very heavy solid wood door, a number of boxes filled with books, a lot of old clothes, a large mattress and so... many... guitar cases (guitars are kind of dad's special interest and he has a lot of them) my arms are quite sore, but

before that. Mum has been very overwhelmed lately and couldn't tackle it by herself, but together we managed to make some very decent progress. And I now have a large bagful of dad's old shirts that no longer fit him in my car. I'll wash them and then make sure they can be of use to someone else.
