On the pros side, that definitely made all the VFX look ok, I wasn't really taken out of the movie by it at any point.

I still have quibbles with the color grading, it was absolutely too grayed out and especially disappointing for a movie that is in the same family as The Wizard of Oz,very famously the first Technicolor movie.

Update! I saw it and it was super good and fun, all the performances were superb and I am fully still in love with Jonathan Bailey. Ariana and Cynthia are absolutely Broadway emo and it comes off weird in their interviews but made for incredible vibes onscreen.
