But your career ends anyway in most scenarios 🤷🏻‍♀️ this is what it comes back to for me every time. Having a big start does help, in broad terms.

Is it ALWAYS and unequivocally the right choice? Definitely not, no. But it’s also not often a choice we get a say in regardless.

I know 🤓 but it’s not an academic press it’s an indie fiction book, just a thriller novel

Phage hunters and phage (by mark tamplin).

For non fiction I love The Good Virus and The Perfect Predator 🤓

I might do, good idea! The ebook is available but I find that hard for heavy science books, it’s much easier to flip through physical pages

Is there some reason I haven’t thought of that these paperbacks would be priced so high? I can’t see the logic personally

I feel like we are going to have this problem with every letting agency we try, but if someone knows a non shitty letting agency based out of Leeds, feel free to recommend.

I earn more than this in totality, I own my house without a mortgage, they don’t care. Utterly fucking stupid system.

Meanwhile she’s stuck in a hostile house with few options.

However, I failed the check because the letting agency wants someone who earns in excess of £39k a year and they don’t count the entirety of my income, only the salary I pay myself (from my own company, of which I’m the only person employed 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do this for tax reasons obvs.
