We move em a lot! Works easier for moving through tight areas than a c-stand, but our shoots tend to just move between the same few positions. The batteries mount to the light controllers and then we can plug the dummy batteries for the cameras straight in to em.

This one is the best I've found (better than Good Culture, Knudsen, Clover, Daisy, Organic Valley, Nancy's...) and sambal goreng makes it like 300% more enjoyable. Incredible pairing.
