There were still a lot of 5-digit numbers in Hull when I was growing up. But on 4291 specifically, I guess that was on a list of reserved phone numbers for film and TV and was never meant to get the fame it did?

It seems that being on holiday is good for me. My sleep has been so much better while I've been on holiday, my resting heart rate is down about 10 bpm, getting down to 60 bpm during sleep (!!!), and I haven't felt even a twinge of anxiety while I've been here.

Especially to people with neurodivergent conditions who need support – that support can easily become much harder to access if the general perception is that neurodivergent conditions are just people having quirks, strong preferences or interests, or being generally weird.
