It's a bit like getting upset at someone who made music on a computer instead of on "real instruments".
The equivalent of "AI slop" back then would be to take the demo songs or preset patterns/samples and pass them off as your own. I think there's a middle ground.

I have used various 12-14B models like Gemma 3 and Qwen 2.5 but just now Qwen 3 came out with a 30B MoE. I haven't had the time to test it extensively yet but it might be my new favorite.
