This is neat. Trying to read my work email via MS Outlook on the web. Up pops a modal dialog, “How are we doing?”. Impossible to interact further with email, impossible to get rid of the dialog, no matter what button I press. So: Not great. #ms #outlook #enshittification

I own a book, Cooking Down East (Maine), older than I am. It's taunted me for decades with a recipe for "fiddleheads", a vegetable I've never seen.
Made it tonight for the first time. Smells like nothing I've ever experienced. Surprisingly meaty.
