right!!! i would love a bird but i know i couldn’t handle it, so i’ll just admire from afar! i stopped using plug ins/candles when i had my rats bc their respiratory systems are also very sensitive & two of my cats have asthma now so i don’t want anything else bugging them!

oh god yeah birds are the most high maintenance not to mention how long they live!

i will never understand why people do not research before getting any pet🥲 there should be mandatory pet care classes before being able to adopt any pet
