I feel like there are a decent number of people who have #Bpd, but still, it is not something people know of like other #mentalillness. #Anxiety #Depression #Bipolar #ocd #ptsd #schizophrenia #eatingdisorders. These are all very known... we need to advocate for other #Mentalhealth as well.

I still don't get how a mother can say such cruel words. How they put their child down all the time. How can they push their child away and refuse to have a relationship... I don't want my children to ever feel the way I do. I love my kids and I will always be here for them.

Every time I start to feel like things are going back to normal for me, something causes me to go back again. From #falls #mentalhealth and #physicalsickness I just can't catch a break lately... it is also #3am and I am not sleeping due to these issues. #ugg

Every time I start to feel like things are going back to normal for me, something causes me to go back again. From #falls #mentalhealth and #physicalsickness I just can't catch a break lately... it is also #3am and I am not sleeping due to these issues. #ugg

My #borderlinepersonalitydisorder people, did you know this? I have had #sensoryissues for so long(though I didn't realize they were that). A conversation with my #Mil made me look up if there was a connection, and there is. #Mentalhealth. I just find it strange how many symptoms go untold to us.

We have a high below 60° #Fahrenheit here in #Maine most days, so our #cats are absolutely loving this heated mat in their tent. Will have to get them to use it as a #tent at some point. We just moved it to the #livingroom where we mostly stay, though. So it may be a bit.

Parents/future parents... If I have one thing to advise from being a #daughter (not from being a mother myself). I would say dont be a "walk it off" parent. I have for my whole just walked it off for anything medical, even in adulthood. Now, here i am 6 days after I fell down my apartments stairs.

Well, it's 12:30am here in #Maine, and I am in so much #Pain. I have had a #Toothache since friday, it's 2 day till my #Aimovig is due so I am having extra and rough #Migraines and then today I fell about halfway down out apartments stairs. I am all #bruised and #scratched up on my legs. #donewithit

Does anyone else with #borderlinepersonalitydisorder not remember a time where they didnt have symptoms of it. I mean for as far back as I remember I hadn't been able to control my emotions. As a young kid, i had suicidal thoughts. #Anxiety is just natural to me. #mentalhealth

I just found out that #May is #borderlinepersonalitydisorderawareness month. I figured this goes along with #mentalhealthawarness for the month of May, but it's still a good start. To bad it will always be overshadowed by other #Mayawarnessissues.

The fact that i went to an er and told them multiple time I have #borderlinepersonalitydisorder and they decided to give me a packet on #Bipolardisorder ...while bpd can be mistaken for Bipolar in diagnoses it is not the same and should not be treated the same especially in the er. ##mentalhealth
