i inked a character design a few days ago but im absolutely stumped on her color palette. i need to just roll my sleeves up and experiment to see what works and what doesn't, but man.

When starting out, EAT YOUR ARTISTS aka consume their art, look at what you like about the artists you follow & what you think you could work with/add to your own art, and then ADD IT!
see if it works, if it doesn't. Rework it to work FOR YOU! instead of comparing yourself to them, learn from them
