ICE raids in schools, hospitals, and churches are turning places of learning, healing, and worship into places of fear and suffering. Our Protecting Sensitive Locations Act would ban ICE from conducting enforcement actions from within 1000 feet of these sacred spaces.

Well… today I have my first DOGE subcommittee hearing along with a Judiciary hearing, all while DC is snowed in!

If I had normal coworkers & the country wasn’t going to hell lead by DOGE Douchebags, I’d say, “nothing to see here,” but something tells me, today is going to be pure insanity…

Our Executive Branch is being run by petty men with grievances, tearing down institutions with no regard for our Constitution or the rule of law. Let's feel inspired by those reclaiming red, white and blue last night.

“Women over 40 are invisible.”

That’s not entirely true. If we were totally invisible we would’ve already robbed you all blind, bought a deserted island, and be spending our days petting cats and casting spells.

Be Kind. Do Good.

It’s what we live by. We’re not perfect, but we strive to be kind and do good every day. If we have a hiccup, we take a step back, acknowledge our words or actions, and say let’s do better together.

If there is anything to be, be kind.

Be a good human. Don’t be an asteroid.

Sometimes all it takes is a hello to plant the seeds of friendship.

One day, when you see someone with a disability, a different ability, or special needs, choose to say hello with a smile instead of looking the other way.

They are people too and deserve to be seen, included, and accepted.
