I have been a therapist for over 15 years. I work with adults and couples.I help individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties find relief from a holistic approach. I help couples navigate the difficulties life brings.
Real time examples of how biases create negative impacts on users and cultural biases. This is not a theoretical possibility. These examples are EXACTLY why LLMs that are developed need to be done with many people at the table with extremely diverse backgrounds.

This is so fascinating. Thank you for sharing. I am wondering what types of ethical challenges were involved with GenerativeAI.

Let’s keep the pressure on insurance companies while embracing tech thoughtfully. AI in healthcare needs both innovation and integrity.

Big question:
Will AI-driven mental health services even be covered by insurance? Or is this just another way to shift cost and responsibility?
June 3, 2025 at 5:53 PM
We need ethical AI, yes. But we also need ethical insurance practices. If providers aren’t at the table, AI becomes a tech band-aid over a broken system.

So sure, AI can help fill gaps in access. But why are those gaps there in the first place? And who’s being held accountable for creating them?

This isn't just a therapy issue—it's widespread across healthcare. Doctors, NPs, and mental health providers are pushed out by a system that won’t pay them fairly.
June 3, 2025 at 5:53 PM
Therapists are leaving insurance panels because reimbursement rates are so low, it’s not even livable. And often, insurers don’t pay after services are provided. 😤

What’s one thing you want to feel less anxious doing?

👀 I’d love to hear your experience — or share what’s worked for you.
Let’s talk nervous system magic. 💬👇

This is how you teach your body not to panic in those situations anymore.

Not by avoiding the hard stuff…
But by recovering with intention.
That’s where the healing lives.

For example:
You speak up in a meeting → heart races, hands shake.
Then afterward → you take 5 deep breaths or do a grounding walk.
You complete the stress cycle.

Repeat that loop a few times? The anxiety lessens.

When you do something that makes you anxious and then calm your nervous system afterward…

You're not just surviving — you're rewiring.

That pairing tells your brain:
“This isn’t danger. We made it. We’re safe.”
