The point is you don't need a gun to stop someone with a gun, and the person willing to do that is braver than someone who wouldn't help unless they have their safety blanket gun.

The guy was brave because he knew if he failed to get up close, he died. He is braver than someone with a gun because of the risk to himself and only himself. And this guy thinks thats a reason to have a gun. Too scared to do the same without a security blanket

I watched it again for the first time since the cinema yesterday. Gotta say there were some baffling unnecessary slow-mo shots that just made it look cheap. Other than watching a young Tom Hardy acting against Patrick Stewart it was boring.
