Basically EVERY representative/senator or public official from President all the way down to local.
When a top ranking official has accepted money or gifts in exchange for influence, that official should resign or be removed. This would apply to Joe Biden, if there were evidence. This should apply to Sen. Menendez. And it should definitely apply to Justice Clarence Thomas.
