In a letter about his signing of S. 1017 into law — which expands military spending in umpteen ways — the shart-in-command repeated multiple times that he can do whatever he likes. This paragraph, buried near the bottom, is most the alarming.

It’s our 6th anniversary with our childless cat crone. We didn’t know in 2019 she’d be a neurospicy perseverater with daddy & financial issues who’d need emotional support thru a pandemic. But leaning that pet surrenders skyrocketed this year makes us a bit glad she’s still our neurospicy crone.
