Do Trump even know who Ed Davey is? It’s good to take a stand for the freedoms of people and to end a genocide but this feels like it’s gonna fall a bit flat. Perhaps attending the banquet and speaking up would have been ballsier and have a more direct effect?

Yet again the muppet that is Nigel has spoken before thinking. I dread to think that people will vote for this populist moron in the next election. Take a long hard look at the reform councils and learn from that. It ain’t pretty.

Today marks 30 years since the start of the genocide in Srebrenica, let’s not forget that atrocities are not exclusive to far away places, hate and intolerance is closer than you think.

Take a moment to reflect on this dark day in our recent history.

Can someone in the US government please explain the difference between transgenic and transgender to the orange idiot running the USA!

The idea that any scientist would create transgender mice is so stupid that it should prompt anyone to stop and think before uttering it. #idiot #trump #science

Unit 731 was a covert Japanese military unit responsible for horrific biological and chemical warfare experiments during WWII. Operating mainly in Manchuria, it conducted brutal human experiments, resulting in countless deaths. The unit’s atrocities remained largely concealed post-war due to U.S. cover-ups, leading to ongoing debates about accountability and historical memory in Japan and beyond.

On 7 April 1521, the Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan arrived in Cebu, forging the first direct contact between the Spanish Empire and the precolonial Visayan polity led by Rajah Humabon. This encounter marked the beginning of Christianity in the Philippines, with Humabon and hundreds of Cebuanos baptised days later—an event symbolised by the gifting of the Santo Niño image, still venerated today.
