The Trump administration instructed organizations in other countries to stop disbursing HIV medications purchased with U.S. aid, even if the drugs have already been obtained and are sitting in local clinics.

It’s been over 10 years since I went to Kenya on a blogger trip to find out about the CDC/KEMRI aid programs saving lives. I’ve never forgotten Jasinta and her baby. It’s people like her that will suffer from this decision.
