You’re right. Generalizing a group of people as being fundamentally evil for a personality disorder that’s usually developed through childhood trauma doesn’t sit right with me.

Some medical receptionists are genuinely the worst. You give some people a little bit of knowledge and power and they immediately abuse it. (I say this as someone who was once a receptionist in a medical office)
