When I say believe them, believe them. I can't express how proud of these massage therapists I am for coming forward. The only thing people want is for the truth to be heard. Folks said time is up, and we have to stop this from happening to anymore people.

From someone who sees many postpartum humans, we need to do a better job in our society during pregnancy. Talking about postpartum depression, psychosis anxiety so that people are aware that when something isn't right they get the necessary help.

We are thrilled to work with Elena, a student at Saint Francis of Assisi school, on her project to combat period poverty locally! Period poverty is the inability to afford and access menstrual products, sanitation facilities, and education/awareness to manage menstrual health.

I'm still thinking about how profound this event was, talking about beautiful books: Pelvic Prep School, Unsubscribe, & The Losses We Keep. Last Thursday made an impression on reproductive & perinatal health. Honored to moderate.

In a world that is full of chaos, massage isn't just a luxury, it can truly be an essential element of health for mind and body. I do understand being able to afford it IS a luxury and I wish that wasn't the case.
