An ex-chef & wine industry veteran with many miles on the tires ever striving to eat well, laugh often & enjoy swell wines! (& oh yeah, Tottenham Hotspur & dogs!)
My inclination would always go for a Cuban twist using Swiss with Mayo, mustard & pickle then press grilled.

The sad part is that with a bit of belief, Spurs have the players to strengthen the metric. 😞

Ideally, but will never happen from his end. Alternatives need to be found. Whether it be Morten Hjulmand, Ruben Neves or someone else.

If you'd like, but overall my balance would still be deep in the red. 😂

An Odobert/Tel LW rotation could become very good if Frank would ever commit to it. He also needs to commit to Xavi at 10. Whenever he's not on the pitch, their xG is putrid. Ultimately, I agree that Spurs' biggest need is a 6 who can collect & pass. Bentancur should be relegated to spot duty.

I couldn't watch either due to work, but I was able to listen. I'm glad that I didn't see the first half. I got home just after Cuti's 1st goal & watched the finish. It's going to be tough competition for Goal of the Season!

My only adjustment would be to switch to a 3-5-2 formation & insert Danso/Dragusin for Bentancur, but Xavi needs to be virtually undroppable as the squad is desperate for his creativity. Gray & Bergvall too for energy, managing minutes as needed.

Note, I’m not saying it is ever acceptable to be abusive towards individuals, only to generally voice discontent by booing. Players’ egos should be strong enough to handle that.

Unfortunately, the genesis of creating fans is by being a successful club. Spurs need to acquire the players to make Spurs the team to watch & root for. Front foot football! #COYS

One preferred way. I'm not denigrating Ange. Frank does not & will tailor it based on the squad & players.

I am not saying to constantly switch players & formations for every match, but that he doesn't have one way to play like Ange or Amorim. Therefore, it will take him some time to determine which formation and players are strongest & the best fit for Spurs. That takes time & experimentation.

The squad is stronger even with injuries, to the point that Frank has yet to determine what players and formation are the strongest. You can blame him for not having a singular style, but flexibility takes time to formulate into a strength & for players to learn to play with one another. Patience.

Ahhh, but there are more kids than available positions. Which kids does that mean? Spurs paid a lot for Xavi & his sporadic use hasn’t helped him.
My kid-friendly 3-5-2 formation:
Vicario (Kinsky FA cup)
Romero Dragusin VdV
Porro Gray Xavi Bergvall Udogie
Kudus RKM

Wouldn’t blame him. He should be starting.

Looks good except Palhinha for Bentancur.

I guess their calendars are huge sellers. I’d hold out for the 75% discount.

Admittedly I always prefer to remain optimistic. Frank is no dummy & made effective changes after the NLD debacle. Changes will also be made to address that hole in the defense. Tomorrow will be a very interesting & important match. #COYS

There has to be a first choice squad.
