The Trump administration this year launched the broadest overhaul of federal law enforcement in a generation, ordering thousands of agents to to focus on deporting immigrants.
That shift has taken a toll on the government's ability to prosecute people for just about everything else.

8/ In my opinion, because the Roberts Court has refused to enforce the rule of law against Donald Trump, Trump has aggregated to himself the power to murder Venezuelans, in service of warmongering.
