In the last 6 months, the Welsh Labour Gov has sent 2 letters to their UK Labour colleagues asking them to change local housing allowance back to the 50th percentile (Wales has the fastest growing rents in the UK).

An FoI shows that UK Gov haven't bothered to reply to either.

I spent the last few days at the Welsh Labour conference.

I have never been more convinced that the party is headed for opposition.
