Not addressing the issue is bad. LHA is a real issue that is affecting Wales.

Not replying to the letters though, that's just stupid. The politics and optics couldn't be worse for Welsh Labour who are struggling electorally and then UK Labour goes out of its way to make them look ineffective.

As things stand, I am genuinely struggling to think of how this could go worse. Every single decision seems to result in the worst option being taken. This could tske decades to recover from, if at all.

It was a very emotional and painful time when the Welsh clubs became regions. This feels much, much worse and is going to be hard to recover from. Not just losing the Ospreys, but the way it's being done.

The first thing I though when I read this was "hmm, Aberdare"

Really!! This makes no sense. Any of it.

Woke up and read the newsletter. Great summary of what happened. Fantastic stuff and well done for speaking out about the threatening behaviour, but sad that you have to do so.

Both are well deserved.

How did something like this get this far?

Fair play, anyone who can describe the idiocy of First Past the Post with an analogy involving Special Brew is worthy of a Pullitzer Prize. Excellent article, lots to like in there.

Great to see this being publicised. I can see real problems for Labour, and decisions like this only strengthen the move to either federalism or independence.

If the UK is to survive this stuff needs to be addressed, probably as part of some sort of larger reform to give English regions better representation too.

This is what everyone get wrong. Nobody misses the mines and the mining, they miss the string communities that these industries created. Two very different things.

Great video. I read this yesterday and got very angry about it.

This is not going to play well for Labour in Wales.

Watching the reaction videos on YouTube and seeing people encounter Fred for the first time is fantastic fun.

I can certainly see there being a backlash to this decision in the elections next year.

Very good article. When policy is disconnected from reality, then things start to unravel. Good to see this being highlighted.

I had heard they have changed some processes e.g. Doing both knees at once rather than one at a time. Not suitable every time, but stuff like this would shorten those lists very quickly.

Why not consider being happy in the face of all this madness an act of rebellion?

Hope and optimism are powerful, and I'm not kidding that you make what they are doing easier if you stop feeling them.

Great article, really made a lot of things clear and stuff like this is important to holding Wales to account and raising standards.

I have to say I always preferred The Young Ones version of The Good Life. Really took things in a bold new direction.

I listened in yesterday, it wasn't an easy episode but my goodness it said a lot of things that needed saying.

This is absolutely superb. Somehow sums up everything that is best and worst of that era.
