I haven't left my bed in over a week. I can't get my heart rate settled Morning is a panic inducing , like waiting for the other shoe to drop. It dropped today. Mom's brain tumor is back. I can't breathe and every second is just my brain screaming. What an perfect time for the doc to pull meds.

Fuck it since this day can't get much worse... Anyone know why know at my old ass age am I UNABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF GHOSTS? I know there isn't anything there but literally terrified all night awake anyway. If this is a tumor it's the most pathetically Jess way for me to find it.

Haven't been able to feel my face in 3 days. Been stuck in this fucking panic attack for 7 hours. Rational enough to know exactly what tools to help and use those tools, irrational enough for none of them to work. So I'm going going back back to Vancouver. Shirt for semi related tax.
