Just.. no. I’m a recruiter and wouldn’t be caught dead posting something like that. Sounds like a hiring manager used ChatGPT with the “find me someone exploitable who will burn out in 3 weeks” slider at 11.

Going to be a new ecosystem of YouTubers who dig up bins of spinning rust and mid-2010’s SSD’s to repair them

+1 for Sigma. The 17-40 f/1.8 Art is a great lens for crop cameras if you can do without the long end (I think they have a few in the "contemporary" tier that cover more of that range). I also had a Tamron 24-70 f/2.8 and it was my go-to for full frame, but a bit bulky/heavy.

Yup, I only went once in 2025 to buy a pillow (cause mattress firm doesn’t stock king size pillows for some reason) and decided Target was a better option than shipping. We’re just buying less, and also hardly utilizing Costco membership we preemptively got after saying F U to Target.

Oh man, there's a whole Ex Astris Scientia article on this. I have a 1/350 model kit of the Grissom and personally think it meshes well with other 1/537 kits. It's just way too small otherwise. www.ex-astris-scientia.org/articles/obe...

If looking for casual but delicious, I recommend Time Market! Always bustling for dinner but can usually find seating on the patio.

A tale as old as time. I had a Toshiba M200 back in 2004 that did this albeit with a stylus - it was nifty but invariably I ended up wanting a more powerful laptop and a separate wacom for actual art.

I always do this hah - ice storm + hunger of hadar and/or insect plague at the bottom of the stairs is usually enough to kill everyone within a few rounds.
