So with Apple thrusting Google tech onto my phone I feel like I can't escape them...

When I think of just giving up on social media it's driven by that anxiety (and privacy concerns.) I think sometimes I rely heavily on tone and non verbal cues when I communicate, both my own & others and I really feel their absence here.

To be clear, it's not an intentional pattern... life has just been far too chaotic to find the head space for it. Social media induces a lot of anxiety in me. I don't know why... other social interactions don't.

We are on a rock, orbiting a fancy fusion reaction that orbits a black hole… AND everything is getting further away from everything else faster than the speed of light… because distance is the only thing that can exceed C.
