you know, generally I've been Quite Stressed, but my younger sister opened an Etsy shop this week, and by the time I went to purchase my stuff from her, she had already sold three (3!) items. so, you know what? life's not so bad.

my email inbox has, for incomprehensible reasons, begun putting AI summaries at the start of emails (which are often longer than the emails themselves. And wrong.).
no way to turn it off as far as I've found, and I'm very annoyed.

I moved last year and am trying in earnest to find some community, which means I'm sending an unprecedented amount of "zero pressure!!" and "no worries if not!" invitation texts to people I've met twice.

what my cat means: despite being a cat for 4 years, she still has to be picked up and placed in front of her food bowl most mornings, or she won't be able to figure out where breakfast is.

I've been triyng to use crockpot recipes to "save time," and it the result is of cooking dinner for 40 minutes, I'm cooking all day. neat!

I'm at the point in my CFP Education where I am checking what the final day of class is (Oct. 21) once a week.... just to remind myself that the finish line is in sight.
(Am I allowed to admit that online?! lol. It has been fun but I am quite tired.)

About every 4 months, The Atlantic publishes an article along the lines of, "I tried to have equitable household labor, but I married a Disaster Man who can't do chores."
Atlantic: I'm happy to write an article about what it's like to be married to a Not-Disaster Man (who is cleaner than I am).

I normally write long, detailed book reviews on Goodreads to crickets. I just wrote "wowowowow" and marked a book as 5 stars and now 3 of my (6 total) Goodreads friends have marked it as "Want to Read."
