I've only played slightly over 3 hours of Silent Hill f so far, and I'm not sure how far into the game I am because I'm the type to take my time and explore every inch of the map, but I'm loving it so far. Feels like a breath of fresh air.

If you're not going to the protests and don't find yourself getting tear gassed, then you don't need to stay calm, and try to breath normally as you move away. You don't need to worry that the tear gass will fairly quickly stop affecting you allowing you to continue protesting.
