this is the difference between me on social media at 30 and me on social media at 45.
I'm not trying to do activism for an audience. and awareness without action is just anxiety.

I care about a lot of things and do try to raise awareness about certain topics. But I also try and watch myself that I'm not spending more time "performing" how much I care about an issue than I am actually trying to help fix that issue.
