Trumpf is already directly responsible for hundreds of thousands of unnecessary deaths in USA from his bizarre mismanagement on Covid in his first "term". And now he is responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths (so far) in his 2nd term. He deserves to be prosecuted for all these deaths !
