I’m not. And how many of the mere 40 participants in that study do you think had significant learning disabilities? Given how difficult it is for LD students to access higher education, I’d guess not many. People learn differently, helping students figure out how they learn best is part of teaching.

I don’t care anymore than I care that the average person writes better and more comfortably with their right hand than their left. In my mum’s day tying a child’s left hand behind her back was considered a valid educational strategy. In essence, tying a child’s laptop behind her back is no better.
