I very much did not like this album the first time I heard it, but it seems like it’s been getting a lot of hype for “album of the year” so I gave it another shot to see if maybe I was wrong in my first impression and… no. God no. I was very right the first time. This shit sucks

Also, I don’t think sales is the best metric, since so many people preordered (multiple variants). The fact that it occupied the top ten streaming spots on Spotify is a much better measure of how normal people are receiving the album

I don’t agree with everything in the blog (there are valid criticisms but I don’t think the record is close to “bad”) but, like, you can click on the link to see who wrote it. You don’t have to be like “anyone who disagrees with me is an incel.” That’s a silly way to act
