Made a nice dinner- seared a duck breast, cooked wee potatoes in the duck fat, plus a salad with spinach, feta, walnuts, berries, and a fig balsamic vinaigrette. Spoiling myself because it’s a solo Saturday night in the snow

My comfort show, Small Town Security is available free on Pluto, & I will always sing the praises of this one. It’s a reality show that feels like what would happen if John Waters characters were real and living in rural Georgia. Highly recommended (esp because I wanna talk about it with someone!)
