Soylent Yellow at the airport. (I'm at the Admiral's Club in Miami.) The breakfast buffet has this hockey puck-shaped egg-based item. The texture is akin to a muffin. The little placard in front of the heating tray called them "scrambled egg patties." I can only assume it's made out of people.
